I would Appeal. Tell your doctor that you want to appeal. Your doctor will tell you were to file the paper work and who to send it too. I was denied because my bmi was only 38. But I have some many medical problems that that my weight causes. For only being 23 years old. I should have been approved by my medical reason by themselves. As I was told. I am so Thankful that the lawyer took my case and will fight my case. If your case is taken by the lawyer its because they beleive you have a case.
