Starting pre-op protein diet tomorrow

I'm on day 11 of my two week liquid diet. My protein shake has 30g and my whey protein has about 20g. I was told to get in 60-80g a day. -

I start my pre-op 3-5 protein shakes per day and broth (as needed) on Thursday! This is going to be hard but we can do this!

Hey all! I started my journey in April and have finally received approval from my insurance (BCBS MD) for VSG on December 3rd. So close yet so far away!
