    @ Thank you

Will I ever be able to eat Pizza again?

@@livvsmum I do feel the same way about not eating the larger than average amount that I was used to but these head-hunger moments are making me feel this way. I've started to change the way I see food and I guess it's a learning curve. I realise I am craving things I didn't before i.e. brussel sprouts! But i've heard that any foods which induce gas should be avoided?

    Dating post-surgery?

@Daveo Yes, this site seemed different to others i've looked at. I feel the same way about America! I'm planning to visit New York next christmas, cannot wait to have my Home Alone 2 moment

    Drinking with meal?

@@Kathy812 I was not told about drinking liquids before meals so will have to ask. I have also read in different places different lengths of time but have stuck to waiting for 30 mins after drinking to eat just to be on the safe side. Congrats on the amazing weight loss!

    So this is weird...

@ I also find that being the case, I am really finding it difficult to chew slowly. I guess practice makes perfect!

    Dating post-surgery?

@@Daveo Thank you! I've not really had much support before/after the op, i've had so many questions and feel like I don't want to bug my dietician everyday! There aren't many support groups in my local area that seem to be legit? (London) So I hoped that this would be helpful and maybe share some of my experiences. Your weight loss is amazing! You look great and I wish you well

Will I ever be able to eat Pizza again?

I did the same. Low Carb Tortilla with homemade sauce from canned tomatoes I do every fall. Used stevia instead of sugar. Added just a little brown sugar. Turkey Pepperoni with Low Fat Italian Cheese Blend. I ate half of it and felt good. I have also had: Cheeseburger: Turkey Burger, Cheese, Pickles, Sauteed Peppers and Onions, low sugar ketchup Italian Sausage and Peppers: Turkey Mild Italian Sausages with Sauteed Peppers and Onions topped with my homemade Pasta sauce and low fat cheese. Pizza: Confession, I did actually consume a half slice of supreme pizza last weekend. I did not eat the crust. I felt ok afterwords. slightly guilty, but physically fine. Cannot make a habit of this though. Looking forward to making chicken fried rice using cauliflower instead of rice. Cauliflower Fried Rice You will find new and creative ways to get similar meals that you used to love, just healthier versions of them. I find it fun to shop at different places and for different things to put together as a healthy alternative to the crap I ate before. Is it possible to eat rice after surgery? I'm Indian and we live off rice so it's been really difficult to give up

    Dating post-surgery?

Do you have any suggestions for non food related dates? I really have no clue Thank you

    So this is weird...

Hi I think we've probably been sleeved around the same time so just wanted to ask about burping? Have you had burps after eating? It's really strange and embarrassing in public, don't know if I'm the only person..

    Dating post-surgery?

Hello everyone! I'm 2 and a half weeks post-op and just joined here. I have a question about going on dates! How can I explain to my date why I am eating so little? Is there anything I can do to seem normal diet-wise? Thank you!

    Drinking with meal?

How about drinking before food? I read that you should wait half an hour after drinking to eat a meal, is that true?
