Martha Ford Knox

I am 57, and have Osteoarthritis in both knees and left hip.  Need all replaced, but because of my weight, surgeons wouldn't operate.  My good friend an I went on this journey together.  We had our surgeries in February of 2013.
 
 
I feel stuck, since January of 2015 I have only lost 15 pounds, I know it is my eating that has gotten out of control.  I have started eating, wrong food an too much.
 
Another issue I face is the not being able to exercise do to pain and restrictions in movement..
 
 
By joining this group, it is my hope to get motivated and correct the error of my eating.
