Working out has become the addiction of choice for food addictions. I workout so much until i am becoming a gym fanatic! I went for struggling to muster up the energy to workout one day to working out 5 days! Down now 30 lbs but a lot of inches! -

Elode and Daisee68......lol! Stop it ????????????! I like working out too! It helps manage stress! I was an athlete in school so it is apart of who I am and now that I have dropped some pounds I am getting back to my old activities! Blerdgirl keep up the good work in the pool.....we got this ladies! ☺️ -

I can literally feel my food go down into my stomach! Most of the time it hurts! The pain meds burn and hurt when initially going down so I stop taking it! I think maybe I was drinking or eating too fast!
