Weight has been an issue for me since high school. I struggled with food choices and after high school and my activities slowed down from basketball and track. Now the pounds are packing on and my back to back pregnancies made it very hard. I tried for 15 years only to lose 30 pounds at most and gain it right back. Now my health is at risk and I needed to do something. Truth be told I wanted to do this years ago but either I couldn't afford it or insurance didn't cover it. So I am excited about my rebirth and no ASHAME! I started at around 300 or 302 and down to 274! This new lifestyle is challenging but worth it!
