My name is Lynnette.  I live in Kansas City. My surgery is scheduled for 4/26/2016. I am having gastric bypass surgery.  I'm 54. I'm diabetic and have high blood pressure.
 
I'm hoping to reduce the amount of insulin and do simple things like tie my own shoes and cross my legs again. I'd love to going hunting and dancing with my husband, as well as play tennis.
 
I hope to learn about things that have been successful for other people who have had the surgery. Have a place to ask questions and at some point be able to provide support to others.
