Jana, try making a note of the bite size you are taking when food comes up. I am not sure how big of a bite you are taking but I am talking extra extra small bites... very very slowly. For me to eat it may take me an hour for just a few REAL PEOPLE BITES. Size does matter, ha ha!!

I just found this website. I have had the lapband since june 6th, and loving it! I have lost 40 pounds, and feel sooo much better. I have very very dry skin though. I mean my arms, legs, feet, hands, everything is dry.. guess not enough Water. It is just sooo hard to drink a lot of water. Anyone having the same problem? I found the spray Vitamins... has anyone tried them? Vitamist? Lady-Jessica
