I'm second day post op and still in hospital with IV fluids. Only got to drink tea last night, managed about 50ml. Today on an hourly routine starting with 50 ml and gradually going up to 100ml. I'm expected to be discharged this afternoon. Sounds like you should be talking to your doctor about all this vomiting
