Hi my name is polly and I am 39. I found variational through Google. I am at the very beginning of my journey to a happier life but I know I can't do it alone and although loved ones are supportive they don't understand why this is important to me health wise and happiness in myself so I joined hoping to find others going through a similar journey that can help me and so I can help others through the tough times and the happy times. I used to be a happy chirpy person not soul if the party more supporting role for my glamorous friends always making sure the guys noticed them because No friendship circle is complete without the fat girl to make everyone else look better. When I as 22 is I had lips unction on my legs I even did a radio ad and photo shoot for the company but as my weight as slowly gone up the last few years I get sad and angry with myself for all that money wasted as now the tree trunk have evolved where those legs used to be. I have tried diets like everyone else a lettuce leaf here a milkshake there but feels like I am fighting a losing battle until now and a few arguments with my gp to refer me but once he realised it would benefit my disabilities and not make them worse he finally agreed hallelujah it begins.
