My weight today is 279.4. My goal is 265 by December 31. That's 34 pounds from my sleeve weight of 299 and 66 pounds down from my high weight of 331. Hope I make it!

This article was right on time for me! I was beginning to think something is wrong with me! When I'm full I get the pressure or tightness below the rib cage and some am nausea. Thank you for letting me know this can be normal.

I had my surgery at SoundShore Montefiore Hospital on October 5th. That hospital is in New Rochelle. The staff was wonderful the surgery was literally painless! I was so worried about being in pain but had absolutely no pain. The surgeon was Dr. Silberstein and he's wonderful! The only advise I can give is follow whatever the surgeon, nutritionist and staff tell you to do. If your not sure about something call and ask. Good luck!
