My stomach actually growls so i dont think it was mental for me... since my 3rd fill... it never growls!! But i havent moved to solid foods yet to know if i can handle them... Im on blended soups and i been having i smoothing a day with lots of protein in it...

Did you have to have an unfill?? I had my 3rd fill today and he said im at 7 cc's.... he has me all freaked out that i might be too filled... i thought i needed a fill... he didnt think so... so frusterating!! im doing fine on liquids so far....i can only eat like 3 oz's or i throw up... do you eat really slow? My dr is saying i might be eating too fast... cuz i can barely eat... but im hungry like 1-2 hrs later...

Ya the first 3 months i couldnt just eat the 3 meals a day they wanted... i of course ate alot less then what i did b4... but i couldnt have my patients listening to my stomach growl when i was working on them... so i did snack often... after my 2nd fill... it was all over... i was never hungry and i could only eat 2-3 oz's... at that point i had to learn how to stop eating b4 it was too late... in my head thought it was impossible to live off 2 oz's... so it wanted to keep eating... i dont get the "full" feeling... its more like... im not hungry anymore so i have to stop eating or else i will throw up... I know after surgery i was really annoyed... i didnt know i was gonna be hungry still... but i guess everyone is diff... some people are not... but some doctors do a lil fill at surgery... mine didnt... You will be ok tho... i just didnt lose much til my 2nd fill.... it was more like i was on a diet... i didnt believe i had a band til fill 2!

I was not on a pre op diet... but the first 3 months after surgery i was hungry all the time... it was not til my 2nd fill that i felt the band.... so hang in there...

How are you doing with it?? My first 3 months were hard... i didnt have any restriction til my 2nd fill... so i was always hungry!! I could eat anything really... now i can only eat about 2-3 oz's... I have another Dr appt on monday... i think i might need a fill... we will see... im almost at goal tho... so thats exciting... i just need to start working out more!!!!!!!!!!

Ya my skin isnt really nice and tight either... but that can still come later... I have been really bad since i haven't worked out at all yet!! I had a baby then had my lapband surgery 6 weeks later... so my baby is 8 months old now and still dont sleep through the night... so im too tired to work out!!! I so need to start tho!!!!

Thanks for the picture comments... I hope you get approved for surgery! If you dont... you can always do what i did... finance it! Its so worth it!!
