I got sick and tired of life as a YOYO!!
After a lifetime of up and down yoyo weight, losing and gaining 100 plus lbs multiple times, and 70 plus pounds multiple times over the past few decades, I had enough...and I opted for Weight Loss Surgery to give me a permanent tool to help me with portion control.
I had Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy on 11/05/15.
