I did that last night with cheese pizza I'm feeling very guilty also .but just need to move on today...

I'm looking for possitive support and weightloss friends. No sure if I'm doing sleeve or bypass

Thank you..I started last year had alot going on lost my daughter and dad within two weeks ... I started the program again gained what weight I had lost Have to go to phycoligist and 2 more months nutrition. ..I have lost 15 pounds ..I was 230 now 217..I know I'm known as a light weight but have struggled all my life with weight I'm only 5 3 .. Not sure to sleeve or bypass.another reason I didn't go threw with it last year also was I only had negative support and they scared me ..I have 2 people who know my husband and son.... Thank you And I know you will all have a great journey...
