Yeah...I am trying to find ways to increase...adding Greek yogurt to shakes and bought flavourless protein powder...adding to anything I can lol. Any other suggestions?

It is!!!! Lol...how are you all doing? Been sleeved a month and lost 29 lbs (2 stone 1lb.) Things going well but don't think I am getting enough protein...only about 30 g/day. Upping that this week and starting exercise. Wooohooo.

I am flying as well. I am from the UK and am going to Belgium for surgery. My mother is flying over from Canada and is bringing jello pudding and crystal light! Have the cubes for soup. Have bought mini stuff for travels, treated myself to a new nightgown and bought a wireless bra. That was a suggestion from someone on these boards. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited! -

I was told just to follow a low fat diet week before surgery. Have been doing two slimfast per day and then subway for two weeks and start protein shakes and other suggestions tomorrow. This is my choice not a requirement from doc. Figure the less fat around the liver the better.

What protein drinks did you go with....have used protein powder with water when personal training and liked the taste but not suRe if these would provide all nutrients?

How do I find the UK room...I am new to this lol. I am going to Belgium because it is half the price. If I lived 20 miles away I would have qualified for NHS surgery but where I live now will only do if you have diabetes or other complications....BMI of 50 with no other health implications is too healthy so am paying for it myself. -
Looking for fellow sleevers from UK or Europe. Having sleeve in Belgium on Nov 13.
