I reached my highest weight at 228lbs. Not only had my weight got out of control, but my eating habits had as well. Finally, I took a long, hard look at myself. I did not like what I saw! It was then and there I decided something drastically had to change! If I want to be around to see my son get married and have kids, to be around for the people I love in this world, I had to have a total lifestyle change. I'm proud to say I have. I will tell you, if you are considering any type of weight loss surgery, make sure you are mentally prepared. I believe good mental preparation can make the difference between being successful at weight loss or not.
