I have hipp plus! The centers around here require 6 mo.which is a problem since I'm up for review in spring and I may get kicked off again. Where did you go? It might be worth the drive for me.

I have MHS Hip plus and I was given the run around too. They will not give me any information other than they cover bariatric surgery.

I have the same plan and having the same problems I called mhs and they refused to give me the requirements.
