What are the signs of a stretched pouch? Are there anyone out there feel like their pouch is stretched and if so how many weeks or months out?

I've seen the terms "resetting the pouch" can someone tell me what that means and how does that work?

Please share with me and others your 5 mo status in terms of weight loss and eating habit. I'm currently at 210 lbs from 267 lbs pre surgery. I would like to know if you think I'M on schedule. I would like your responses.

Losing every where except my stomach and back

I am exercising at a reasonable pace but my stomach and back will not bulge. Is anyone going through this or have any suggestions? I am frustrated at this point. -

I just left my surgeon's office for my second post op visit since my surgery on Dec. 7th of last year. One of the topic of discuss was exercise. He stressed that's a component in the weight loss journey. I too have not started exercising and have stalled in my weight loss. I will start soon. I hope this helps. -
I've gotten where I cannot tolerate shakes that are require at least twice a day in addition to my puree foods. Does anyone have this problem? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Oh by the way they make me nauseous and I feel literally ill after drinking one. All shakes.

Loosing a lot of my hair

I've started to lose my hair at 7 and a half weeks. I am becoming depressed because I had to go through this before in the past. I had to resort to wearing hot uncomfortable wigs. Please tell me that I will not lose every strand of my hair. Those who have experienced this already. -
Does anyone else get hiccups as a sign of fullness?

At what point in your stages/journey did you lose the belly fat. My stomach at 5 weeks do not appear to be going any where unless it is still swollen from surgery. Your input would be greatly appreciate.

Insulin and Weight loss surgery

Good question? My insulin intake is being tweeked since having gastric bypass. My endocrinologist is talking about changing my insulin to something else. I'll be sure to keep you posted If I notice a change in my weight loss or stall progress. -
When should I worry about not losing any more weight at the 3 week mark? I can't lose beyond 140 lbs. Am I worrying pre-maturely? Currently at the pureed stage. Please help with your responses. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the responses. Did not give right numbers for lbs. Must had brain freeze, The stall weight is 240lbs with start weight at surgery 261lbs. -
I'm on day 6 of my liquid diet. This was the most challenging of this journey thus far. I will have lost 10lbs when it is all said and done. My surgery is on Dec. 7th hoping to have no complications. Thanks for this topic.

Is was a blessing that your surgery gone well. I hope that I have successful a surgery on Monday. My nerves are getting the best of me.

My surgery is on 12/10 and my biggest fear is not waking up after surgery. I have passed all the required test and is healthy enough to have the surgery. Has anyone had this fear prior to surgery?
