no I wish! I have been at a stall for several months now. Today is my actual 1 year anniversary. I have met my size in clothes goal but my weight goal was 140 and Im stuck at 170. Im still very happy with what Ive lost but would love to get the last bit off too. Congrats to you !

You look GREAT ! Way to go!

I'm in the same boat!

I buy the weight watchers string cheese and usually have one or two during the week if I feel hungry around 3pm or so. Its just a healthier option than other things.

try a scrambled egg!

This is my biggest fear! I have stopped losing but not gaining either at about 8 months out. Daily I kick myself in the butt for not leaving off carbs more than I should. I have also heard too to go back on the pre op diet , and progress back into foods like you did after sx. I pray that you get back on the wagon and I will try to do the same. Keep me posted on your progress.

I'm 7 months out , went out this past weekend and had a few drinks. Never got drunk off one or two like everyone says you will. I was fine, it didn't upset my stomach either. I had a beer, a bloody mary , and I had a shot of something. All was well with me.

Congrats on your loss. Just curious because I'm about 7 months out and I have been stalled for about 2 months now. Nothing has changed with my diet, and Im still working out. Have you had any late stalls last this long? You look great!

congrats! Best thing I've ever done for myself was being sleeved! I love it

This stall should not last long maybe a week or two. I'm 7 months out and have been stalled for a month. I'm not getting frustrated though because I know I will start to lose again. I can tell Ive lost in inches. Make sure you are keeping up with that also because usually it happens when you are not losing lbs. Good luck. oh and make sure you are drinking all the Water you are required to drink daily it does make a difference.

So how many carbs per day are we supposed to be at? I heard it should be no more than 22 is this correct?

Mine took a few weeks but only because all the paper work was not submitted maybe 3 weeks or 4 but I called everyday just about! The insurance company told me that they have to tell you it takes 30 days to get a answer but it shouldn't she said. Good luck

If you believe in God then say a prayer over the house and have it blessed! Wouldn't hurt! But yes I'd move in if I really wanted it.

Mine is the same way too honey! I keep telling myself slow and steady wins the race! I lost 30lbs in the first month and average 1 lb to 2 lbs a week.

Just knowing I was that much closer to surgery was what kept me going. Also after the 3rd 4th day it got easier for me.

You'll be fine, just recognize what you did and try to avoid it again! At least it was protein! Yes your surgery will still go forward!

I'm 7 weeks post op and I can tell that my appetite is getting larger I can not eat much but I do feel hungry now at times. Is this normal? I have tried to drink lots of Water in hopes this was what I needed but its still there. Is this head hunger? I'm scared that I will stretch out my sleeve!

So now that I can work out with weights, I need to know what is the best exercise for upper thighs ? My legs look like the skin is melting off and has tons of celulite on them? I dont care what I look like in a pair of short shorts this is the area just above my knee though. I've been reading that several reps of low weights at least 5 x a week is good? Any advice out there?

Yes he knows , thinking it is more from my colitis and all the antibiotics I'm on for it and pneumonia. Today was better, I got out and returned a pair of shoes and did some healthy grocery shopping with my mom. I almost made it the whole trip without having to go to the bathroom . I would still have the surgery again. I have to have a colonoscopy early Feb because of the colitis. @@rking

Fluids first! I had to go to the ER for dehydration and other complications.

I still have nausea every day since surgery. I have been able to keep food and fluids down but I still get sick by smells and thoughts of certain foods. I still have pain in my left lung from the pnumonia I got while in hospital. I keep telling myself I wanted this and not to complain!. Happy New Year everyone.
