It has been a little over one year since my surgery and I have lost over 120 pounds. I'm enjoying every day of my life just to see me go from over 300 pounds to under 200 pounds is amazing. The best choice in my life health problems are disappearing or getting better.

So this morning the scale said 200.0... That is torturous!

I've been there stuck for a week but when I continue to eat healthy, exercise and drink plenty of water the scale show me love Sometimes up to 5 pounds lost and lots of inches. Slow weight lost is great for not having excess fat hanging because exercise will tone the muscle. -
Still working on losing 40-50 more pounds
