Hi Everyone! I'm booked in for the 11th December in Brisbane. Just wondering did your doctor or dietician tell you to start the pre-op diet? My doctor hasn't mentioned it and my first appointment with the dietician is just over a week before the surgery. Sort of hoping I won't have to do it at all! I've tried shake diets so many times that the thought is gag inducing haha

Have you spoken to BUPA regarding the waiting period? I enquired about it last week as I'm only on basic hospital & extras and was told that if I increase my coverage now I would have to wait the full 12 months. Very annoying!
