Has anyone been vomiting after eating? I've cheated a few things and ate stuff a little ahead of my phases, but even when I eat what I'm supposed to I vomit ocassionally Not every meal but man. At least twice or three times a week. It's not painful. I feel full, get sick and I'm perfect again. A few of the times I know it was because I drank too soon after. But I just want to make sure I'm not alone. -

I have not had anything come back up, but I sometimes forget myself and eat too much or two fast… they I am nauseous and uncomfortable for about 45 minutes… sucks. Oh gosh that sounds worse. After it came back up I felt ok. I hate feeling nauseous. -

Yeah and chew chew chew! Tonight I chewed so much it was mashed and I used an infant rubber and metal spoon. I was terrified. But it worked. -

I had my first bad expierence with my pouch. I don't think I chewed my beans enough and they felt stuck, so I drank a little and it came right back up. Then I drank a little more and same thing. It was horrible. -

Great to hear about the weight loss! And thanks for the protein suggestion. I'm really struggling so I'm going to see if I can order than Isopure zero carb drink online. Gnc carries them also. I bought 4 yesterday for 17. They are buy 3 get 1 free right now at my gnc. But online is cheaper. (Without including shipping) I wonder if that's on my approved list. How much protein/calories? -

Had my post op appointment today (surgery was Oct 14) I have a small infection on the incision from my drain hole but not major, he just said to keep it dry and covered. But I've lost 21 pounds since I start my liquid preop diet! So 21 pounds in 2 weeks makes everything worth it. And I also found a protein drink I actually like. Isopure zero carb drink. Comes in fruity flavors. -

My surgery went great according to the dr. I'm just sore and groggy. Never had anesthesia before or dilauded. Both made me dry heave and be very nauseous which was the worst part. Switched over to liquid hydro for pain meds now and they sit better. Just trying to get my water in. -
