Anyone eat this? I saw a recipe that looks good it's cheesy quinoa and broccoli cakes but I figure you can slice some lil pieces of chicken in the pattie cakes as well seems healthy

Awesome that's great to hear how far along are you? My doctor says first year worry about protein don't count calories you only can eat so much and you really can't over do it so he says eat what you want after the year is another story!! He said I don't mean go eat McDonald's for the first year either lmao

Also the shake I was doing had 160 calories in it the pb2 has less calories maybe not as much protein but again like you say some protein is better than none!! Haha -

Now the string cheese you don't blend or purée you just chew good at this stage I see a lot of people eating these
