My surgeon said I could lift my 2 year old by the end of the week after surgery. It was about a week and a half before I did. I'm 5 weeks out now and no soreness now. -
I'm scheduled for surgery on November 2. I am really struggling to find a protein drink that my stomach will tolerate. I've tried syntrax, premier, and another I can't remember right now. I get really bad stomach cramps almost immediately after drinking. Any advice is appreciated.
