Thanks for your input! I figured that I'd have to basically try to get my fluids in before and after a shift, but I'll try to sip when I get a break. I'll ask my preceptor where I can stash a water bottle for quick access. I am so excited to be in the OR! -

Hello all, I'm a nursing student, and I'm getting sleeved over winter break (12/18). Next semester I have an internship in the OR, and I am planning on working in the OR once I graduate. I am wondering how folks in the OR get their fluids in, since you can't really be sipping Water throughout surgery. Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
