I hit a milestone today that 4 months I would have never said I would have seen again.. I hit 298.4 lbs today.. UNDER 300!!! It feels amazing and is such a motivator to keep pushing myself and making myself better!

Congrats! It felt amazing to be under 300. Then it felt even better to be down 100 pounds. Keep it up! Be Proud!
