My name is Jaime. I am a mother of 2 boys, ages 8 and 2. I have always been one to please others and put myself last on the list. I recently lost my mother in law to a massive heart attack cause by diabetes being unmanaged. I have always contemplated the idea of having weight loss surgery and being at a stage in my life where I am the largest I have ever been and to see what happened to my mother in law at the age of 54, I realized that this is something that I have to do in order to make sure I am living the healthiest life possible. I am very excited and ready to make the huge change in my life. I have 3 friends, 2 that and post op and 1 pre op, that I am going through this experience with. I'm ready for a new chapter in life and with all the support of family and friends I'm making along the way I could not be more ready!
