I have been a fairly big guy most of life. I have been up and down in the last 16 years, my lowest being 175 which I stayed at for about 5 years. I had a somewhat stressful event happen when I was about 25 and things just went down hill. I tried everything, working out, diets, etc. They worked for a while, eventually something threw me off. Things have not been a walk in the park the last 10 years and honestly, I think I should probably be bigger than this. I have always told myself that if by 35 I have not quiet smoking and lost my weight I would do what it takes. Well, I just turned 34 and things are a changing. I quiet smoking the minute I decided I was going to have weight lose surgery. I enrolled myself in an informational session and here I am. For someone who is my size, I should probably have a few health problems. At the moment, my blood pressure is a bit high. I am really excited about starting this journey.
