Hi everyone, I am new here and having surgery on November 9th, 2015 at Scripps Green in La Jolla, CA with Dr. Mark Takata. I have seen people with nice Laminated Post-Op diets and guidelines to follow, I am looking to see if people could scan what there WL Centers gave them for Post-Op diet and guidelines and post here. Mine wasn't a nice laminated one (got like a copy of a copy) so I am thinking about making my own or seeing if someone scans theirs and I can take and laminate. I would have thought by now places like this would have something we could download. Thanks, GadgetMan

Which Optifast shakes were they? I looked at the Optifast 800 shake and Sugar is one of the first 2 ingriedients. I am going to be starting my pre-op diet on Nov 2nd and want something to try.
