December 10th in Scranton PA

This is day 1 of 14 for my liver reduction diet. Some of the reasons I am having the sleeve is BECAUSE I need to be here to take care of others. My oldest is 28 and bipolar, I have 2 teenagers and my mom had a stroke in 2009 and has vascular dementia BECAUSE she didn't take her diabetes or health seriously... it has cost her the ability to communicate. I don't want that future... for me or the others that need me. Hang in there...or hang on to others who can support you. You matter or you can't take care of others if you are not here.
