The tummy binder is a great idea! I'm using a pillow in front of me when I get up out of bed.

Today is post Op day # 4 for me. I'm feeling really good. I'm staying on top of my pain meds. The only thing I'm having a problem with is getting out of bed because my bed is low to the ground. Quick question... When are your first appointments? The hospital said to make one 2 weeks out but that seems really far out.

Yesterday was my surgery. Yesterday up until about 4:00 was hell. After that it started getting better. I'm shocked to say I actually feel really well right now. I go home tomorrow. We'll see how I feel after that!
