Just drank my first few ounces. No pain and no nausea????

Doing well so far. Feels like a stomach cramp. The surgical team just inspected my sutures and said they looked good.
Feeling great to be looking forward to recovery rather than surgery!

Just woke up - less than 9 hours to surgery. See you on the other side.

I'm going in TOMORROW for my surgery and they said to expect to come home Thursday. They also told me not to drive until I come in for my first checkup 7 to 10 days out due to painkillers impairing my reaction time.
I had my hip replaced in 2010 and I drove after 4 days without problem. I did stop taking prescription painkillers after 3 days.My question is -- how long did you wait to drive?
I'm not talking road trip, just a 10-minute drive to the store...
Any Oct 6 Sleevers out there?

Home from the hospital (Thursday after Tuesday Surgery). No real pain, just getting use to my new baby stomach. I had 2 ounces of Tomato Soup and after 20 minutes, I put a 24 ounce water bottle by my side.
I had been sipping for about 90 minutes when I looked over and noticed I had drank almost half of it. Now by belly feels tight, so I'm taking an hour off!
Anyone concerned about drinking too much Water (Yes, I am sipping...)
