My pre op diet starts on the 30th as well. Is your surgery also 12/14?

buffalo cauliflower "wings" 2 medium heads of cauliflower, cut into florets 1 cup white rice flour (or sub regular flour) 1 cup Water ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon paprika 1 cup your favorite buffalo wing sauce (store bought or homemade. Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce is vegan) Vegan Ranch Dipping Sauce: 1 cup Vegenaise ½ cup vegan sour cream 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced fine 1 tablespoon fine chopped dill 1 tablespoon chives, chopped fine ¼ cup Italian parsley, chopped fine 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon gluten free, vegan worcesterchire sauce 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper **You can add a non dairy milk to thin out the sauce if desired** Preheat oven to 450 degrees.To make ranch sauce combine all ingredients, whisk until smooth and set aside. Combine rice flour, water, salt, garlic powder, paprika and whisk until combined. Dip cauliflower in batter and place on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spray the tops with a bit of oil. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tops start to get color on them. Pull cauliflower out of the oven and lightly dip them into buffalo sauce to coat. Put them back into oven for another 5 minutes to crisp back up. Remove from oven and serve hot along side your homemade ranch dip.

i feel for you. i was also approved on 11 11 and got my date the same day. surgery is scheduled for 12/14/15. im sorry you have to wait. I TOTALLY understand about the deductible thing.

Mine starts 11 30. Protein shakes and i bought unjury chicken soup for lunches. Then more protein Shakes i guess. I'm completely ready but would be lying if i didn't say ive had a few food funerals this week but next Monday gonna jump right into it, i stated this morning with having Shakes for breakfast and no more coffee. So ill have a head start.

She didn't say. Just said that after getting my ekg back surgeon wants me to Have the echo. I guess im mostly stressed about time, being that everything has taken so long just to get scheduled. Hoping perhaps the drs office can work their magic with cardiology and get me in soon.

I know sometime that had smoked since 2 weeks after surgery. And a lot and all is well. I don't smoke. I do vape though.

After getting my approval on 11 11, the real nerves start lol surgery 12 14 15.

I'm on the 14th and I'm nervous and excited too. It's going to be the best decision on our lives. And 2016 is going to be amazing.

Azbaker, good luck and i know what you mean. I have a friend taking time off to be with me at the hospital, then im on my own at home. Only my cats to help me. Surgery 12/14/15.

Not at all. I was scared too. I even wlke up before they were finished and it wasn't even that bad being awake. Like the last 2 mins or so. Piece of cake and im a whimp.

i am so worried about that since i carry so much weight on my neck. surgery hasnt happened yet, 12/14/15 is the day. but that is the one plaec i just dont want loose skin. i pray. and i pray.

I called my ins twice a day. I was approved on the 5th day. Surgery 12/14/15.

I don't have a company. Just my doc and the hospital.

900 seems expensive for cash pay. Anyways do you see on your paper the 2 astericks before the dr visit and the gallbladder statement? That's what I'm thinking that is about but i could also know nothing.

Let's bet they want to Rahe your gallbladder out. That's what it looks like your drs appt us for to see about that? ?

Cash pay is 900 for anesthesia!!! Good lord with its is 875 that bills them. I seem it on my EOB

Dec 14th! Time cant go quick enough! And yes congrats, i know when i got my approval i cried it was so amazing!
