Hello friends, My wife bought this pack long time back! She thought that I would probably loose weight after having it. Silly lady! Anyway I liked its taste. It tasted good! In fact even my wife loved it. After consulting some experts from thelapbandcenter I even had this smoothie after my operation. Have a good day friends!
