Hi I am Annette,

I just had my surgery on the 14th of September, 2015. I was going to do it about a year and  half ago, but backed out. Then I decided to do it and did it. I was over weight and had bad back pains, hip pains etc. I love food and so does my family. trying to be more healthier, I am in school for Nursing and work full time. I have 3 adult kids and a grandaughter 7years old and one on the way.  I am 3 weeks post op and have been through some hard times already. Was told that I was not breathing and unresponsive in recovery, by day 4 I was happy and feeling more energy...Around day 5 or so I hit a bad depression crying every day from the time I woke up till I went to bed. Last Friday I started to feel better with the help of my family, my ex, friends and my theripest. Durning my 2 weeks fluids I also was a little grumpy, didnt feel full and everything I smelled I wanted but stuck with it...a couple days ago I had a feeling of regret.  I started my puree diet yesterday Monday 28th of Sept, 2015.... it was different, I loved my chicken and gravy and carrots. I hit a stall stuck at 213 for the last 2 days.  I still have a lot of questions and fears. I am nervous about my staples and I dont want anything to get stuck in there. I fear of my skin being mo then it could be because I only get two 16.9 bottles of water in plus a protein shake and I need more fluids, but its so hard to get it in.I also tell myself It has only been 3 weeks and to give it time. I look  at peoples before and after pictures to get that positive outlook. I still have a pain on my right side by my ribs that stops me from doing things and I get frustrated. I am starting to feel better, but I still have my times here and there that I wanna cry.. I am looking for any support, how to get more fluids in, exercises for my arms, when will I feel more happy, other things I can try to make that are good and easy. Also breakfast,  I am always in a rush and need something fast I can make in the am.

I know there is more just cant think right now

Please let me know
thanks a lot
