Alright, someone else to help me gang up on lulu! Hmmmmmm.....I think I like the idea of 2 girls fighting. Brings out the perv in me. Of course, that doesn't have very far to go to get out.:cursing:

Alright, another new face! :cursing: Welcome!

I may be bigger, but I know alot (read: everyone I know) who would disagree that I am smarter than anyone. I mean c'mon, my 6 yo DD is smarter than me. My german shepherd has proven time and time again he is smarter than me. Therefore, if I am smarter than you, there is trouble ahead. Btw, is it wrong for me to admit here that I get along with, and actually like, my MIL. I see the in laws probably 2-3 times a week. Actually hang out with them on Sundays usually.

That's right. I'm surprised you can even live in redneck country down there.

As promised, went in for upper body workout last night. 45 minutes, a little too much conversation at one point with one of the trainers about his upcoming MMA fight, and I was wrecked. Great workout. Since getting Protein supplements back into my daily routine, I have been on fire in the gym. Unfortunately, I did not get to sleep until about 2330 last night. No way I was getting up at 0330 to do cardio this morning. In to the gym tonight for legs and I'll get some cardio in afterwards. Gypsy Girl, just keep at it. Find some music or something to distract you while on the treadmill. If possible, put a tv in front of it and put in a movie or something. It helps.

Ok, I just saw this and I have to say it: Are you sure it has nothing to do with the fact that you are a fan of the hated Gnats? C'mon, just because your DH can overlook that doesn't mean all real fans of football have to.:tt2::tt2::tt2::cool2::tt2:

Welcome back Ebony! My dr. simply told me to wait 2 wks post surgery before I could start lifting again. Then, start off light and work my way up. No ab work for 4 wks though. Really didn't have a problem with that though:mellow:

marthie, not so much as a challenge, but more accountability to each other. We come on here and post what we are doing day to day and week to week for exercise. Just a way of keeping up with the others. Welcome and get ready for the fun.

I have never actually PB'ed. I've only gotten "stuck" twice and both times lasted for less than 5 minutes. But, it hurt enough to make me not want it to happen again.

I can't believe some of the things I can't eat now

You know, I don't think I've had a margarita since my surgery. Love them, only has to be on the rocks. Blended is a little too girly for my tastes. Also, has to be regular, no foo foo flavors. So, question is, do you drink it on the rocks or blended? If it is blended, maybe there is something with the volume causing troubles. I drink chocolate milk from time to time and have no troubles with it. Not sure on that front. -
I guess you could say mine is still in the spare tire area. Still have one, only now it is one of those "donut" ones you are only supposed to drive on for like 50 miles.

Seems I have a target on my back.....or front.......or wherever my bf is located.

I do this as well. Not just in weight loss either. When I sense things are going good, I tend to sabotage it somehow. I have backslid a little lately as well on the weight loss. I have started to get back into old habits of eating past satisfied and eating snacks when I KNOW I'm not hungry. I broke down and called the PA for a fill. Can't get in for another couple of weeks, but I am going to buckle down and get back into the right way of thinking. Susan, don't beat yourself up. You are only human. You recognize things aren't as they are supposed to be. That is the first step. You know how to fix the problem, that is important. Good luck.

I can neither confirm or deny. Plus, I plead the fifth.......of tequila.:blushing:

Yup, they will do that to you.:cursing: sms-I always thought it was the duty belt that people loved so much.:blushing:

I'm sorry.:cursing:

Brainwaves? What are brainwaves? Must be a normal person thing.
-
Really. If you were to spend one day listening to actual conversations, your chemicals wouldn't touch the greys. Anywhere.:tt2: I don't even tell DW most of the things I hear each day. The conversations run that gammut.:blushing::crying::scared2::cursing::eek::cursing::confused:

You got to get alot more gross than that to scare me off. You can't hang out with cops and not get used to some sick sh*t.

You're right, fantasy is usually better than reality.:wink2:

OP is correct in one aspect. Studies have shown that sleep deprivation can curtail weightloss efforts. However, I feel they took it to an extreme by assuming that staying in bed and losing the weight are healthy. Most people, me included, are assuming that the weight lost came from losing the muscle gained after working out for awhile with a personal trainer.
-
Oh, it's me. Just really small.

Can't keep a....ahem....good man out forever. :wink2: Can never have too much football. Only drawback is there are no Cowboys playing tomorrow. I can't even cheer for the Gnats opponents as the Redskins are tied with my 'Boys.

Wow, I'm motivating women for the first time. Good thing they can't see what I actually look like.
