Suzanne, I should be a shoe in for surgery , as I have all three of those co-morbidities and have a bmi of 41.4. If I am correct you had Blue Cross Federal, if so how much did you have to pay out of pocket? Im glad you got yours done good luck with it -
Hi everyone.... ok the band is permanent.. but what I'm wondering is what percentage have to be taken out because of medical problems????

HI momlambert Im glad your doing good, Where did you have your surgery done? Those 2 doctors have been around for quite a while. They operate at St Marks and they are with Rocky Mountain Medical, they were doing it 5 or 6 years ago when my sister had her gastric bypass

HI, I was wondering if anyone has had Dr Smith or Dr Simper in Utah, or any other doctor that does this surgery at St Marks hospital? I am scheduled for the class on Jan 15th, 2007, still trying to decide on which doctor and which surgery to have.
