be patient it takes time to go regular. dont hurt yourself, try to get your liquids and Protein to avoid hair loss, fatigue,.
-
fitness pal is designed for regular people, not Bariatric patients. keep that in mind. dont take its advice about calories as a regular user, you are in a different process.
-
over the long run try to forget about this foods. change of mind around greasy, bad food is needed to success. "the same foods that brought you here, will bring you back if you eat them again". No science about that. its hard, its true, we all fight them . every patient.
-
my ebergy levels are low, so i drink a spresso mixed with almond milk and 1 scoop Protein powder. tastes like late and lets me hit the gym . my resistance is getting better.
-
I started drinking at 18 months and 3 sips hit me like 3 glasses. be careful. alcohol also adds a lot of calories. I started to drink more and gained 6 pounds
-

I deal everyday with this. tried it all and what works wonder for me. WONDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I go to the restroom every morning and I feel so light, my skin is flawless my bacteria levels are good. bacteria in bariatric patients can cause bone problems, try to go to the restroom whenever possible. drink a lot of Water, Fiber, keep yourself clean inside. 1 dose miralax mixed with lose weight teas from rite aid. ever other day. or senna pills (RX ask your dr) 2wice a day with 2 dulcolax gels. every day and I ve tried IT ALL in the past. this works if is a routine, i cant stop or I get bloated and constipated fast.

dumping is one of the reasons. try to do it a forever thing to change sweet addictions and your mind and behaviors around food in the long term. im 18 months out and I crave sugar often. I do what I can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not to eat it.
-
at 18 months out I just got a 16 course of Iron infusion. prescribed from a doctor in Mexico city. US doctor never approved but my fatigue is ridiculous. I saw a little improvement on energy levels, did my blood work and waiting to see if there is positive change
-

I have been 18 months out and fatigue is my daily struggle. I know everyone is different but in my case, It has made me cry. I had more energy at the beginning. I am working with my dr to get better at this. since my energy levels are incredibly low.
