  1. My family were definitely skeptical about the surgery because they thought I would have complications or die. I listened to there concerns and continued on my journey. I had to do the six month supervised diet and as that time went by I researched and have been learning as much as I can about the surgery and really anything about nutrition to beable to make myself more successful. The more I learned I talked to them about all of it and answered there concerns with facts. Now they are all on board and are excited for me to get surgery. I get surgery Oct. 26.
  2. I am pretty op. My surgery date is October 26. I am so worried and I feel like its the only thing g I think about. I am worried I will fail. I am petrified that I won't be able to lose or lose very little. What if I don't get the hang of getting enough to eat or eat to much. I guess it is hard to explain the ways I feel like I will fail. I am 5'9 3/4 and I weigh 251.8. That puts my bmi to around 36.6. Is there anyone else around the same that was able to lose and how fast did you lose
