The hunger feeling that you are feeling is actually dehydration..increase your fluids and you will be feeling better soon. I even had to drink some Gatorade..I am now almost 6 months out and I am 7 pounds from goal weight..I feel fantastic..if I can help let me know Sent from my SGH-M919 using the BariatricPal App

i had surgery oct 6th 2016. i am very short at only 4'9" my starting weight was 180. as of today i weigh 128. i feel amazing and so thankful i decided on this journey. if you need anything please just ask. i will be glad to help you through any struggles you run in to. Amanda

Y'all will think I'm crazy but. ...I am now a size 4 and I weigh 132. I'm 7 pounds from my goal. ..I know I have lost a lot of weigh and I have lost 6 pants size but I have days where I think I'm still fat . .will that feeling ever go away.

I am almost 5 months out. I still have days where I don't want to eat. .I concentrate on my protein and complex carbs. .I get a few bites of each. I am 13 pounds away from my Drs goal for me. .for the air feeling I use the gas ex strips..you got this just hang in there

I miss everyone too ..that is an awesome birthday present. I am 14 pounds from my goal..it is getting harder and harder to stay focused..especially with out a support system..hang tough and stay in touch!Thanks marcia for everything -
