    4'9" SW 180 Surgery Oct 6,2015 CW 136 BMI 29 I feel great! I was wider than I was tall. I am so happy I have done this. I am blessed beyond everything and I have my life back..food no longer controls me. I have more energy and my quality of life has improved greatly. I no longer take any meds.

    RG I am officially in the 130s..whoop whoop..i have been losing slow. I don't have all the extra skin..which I'm thankful for..I now need to firm up and lose about 15-20 more pounds and I will be at my goal...so thankful I did this..it has not been easy and has been full of emotions..thankful to this group..I haven't been much of a poster but I have been following everyone

    140 today!!! I feel amazing and my clothes are so big.. i have lost 4 jeans sizes.. i love that i got my life back! whoop whoop

    RG we will certainly need to be on our toes. Oh I forgot to tell you. .I missed my goal by 2 pounds. .but I am almost in the 130's..I have been losing slowly and pacing myself. .I don't want a bunch of sagging skin. .so far so good. .how are you doing

    My surgery was Oct 6 I have not had any hair loss. I take the chewable biotin a few times a week or actually when I think about it.

    Wilson dam was built in 1925. Things were built to last back then..it didn't come from China!

    My Dr here in Alabama charged 10k .. that was hospital, pathology, nutrition class, bloodwork and 2 year of follow up. I was only off work 5 days.
