I've never had a white mocha before. Sounds yummy! I also just stick to the same quad Carmel macchiato with extra carmel. Then I found a mom and pop coffee shop that makes these frozen buckeye frappés OMG pure heaven. -

Today I went to chick-fill-A ordered a chicken salad with a diet lemonade. I love their lemonade I can drink a 32oz oz like nothing. The diet lemonade is a no go for me. I just can't stand the taste of what they used in it. -

My problem now is I enjoy one to many carmel macchiatos. I have reduced it a lot from 1 a day to 1 a week. I do use the Starbucks french roast k cups though. -

I never new how much of a carbohydrate junkie I was until I tried to cut them from my diet. I'm really trying hard to change how I'm eating. But all I keep thinking about is pizza. -

I'm starting slowly cutting them down to off. Pasta is my weakness along with sweat tea. I'm logging everything that touches my lips. -

Have you had a lot of denials? I won't know if I get approved for my process until my 9 months are up. My pcp said based on my bmi only I would be approved. Then add all my other issues he said I should get approved.

I'm just starting my journey as well. I have care source of Ohio and they will approve my surgery after 9 months. I did have to have a referral and pick a preferred dr who takes care source. I'm going through the fresh start program at Riverside.

That's great! I love watching YouTube videos. I know each person has their own experience good and bad. I thought about the sleeve initially but felt the bypass would fit me long term. My mom had the bypass and had amazing results. She went from 400 to 150 since 1999. -
