Getting excited and nervous all at once. Have a few pounds to lose yet to hit all insurance requirements. Need to get to 276/ been stuck at 280-283 for over a month. How can the last few pounds be so difficult?
I soooooo understand what that feels like! Ironically, my Dr says when the weight loss stops, add about 100 calories per day and your body will get right back in gear and start losing again. Hope that helps!
