    I lost the 5 in the first 3 days. I am 3 week and lost 37. But now is going to go slowly if i dont do any exercice.

    Yes i am the same the first pounds is liquid. You need to follow the diet and exercice. I beginning walkin. Because for lose the pounds you have for years need to do some exercice. Walking is good.
