I had conversion on August 3rd and is fine my problem is remembering to write down whst I am eating. HELP -
I had robotic surgery had lap band removed and coverted to the slreve the same time and is foing pretty good with weight lost.

You must keep yourself busy and not around food. You must eat a lot of sugar free popsicle

That's great I am 6 week out and can eat anything but i can't eat much of anything. I really need to get in touch with my nutritionist to help me plan. I csn use all the help I can get.

I just wear what I have until I have lost at least 2 sizes -
