I have 3 appointments scheduled. I was told the 1st 2 appointments I'll have some type of questionnaire . And the 3rd appointment I'll meet with the Psychologist.

Reality is REALLY setting in! I've scheduled most of my appointments. Dr.Consultation-Jan.7th Nutritional Consultation-Jan.7th Psyc. Visits- Jan.26th-28th On day 60 of 90 day Supervised dieting... Now just waiting to see what other clearances will be needed.

Are there any before and after pictures posted in this group?

My PCP wants me to have a stress test as well, Because my BP is usually high when I visit on my lunch break (work related stress) if I visit before going to work or on my off days my BP is normal

Consultation scheduled for 1/7/2016... Super excited & nervous at the same time ????

Hello Everyone, I Just completed open enrollment, and my insurance(Cigna) kicks in January 1,2016 covers bariatric surgery. I've reviewed everything that Cigna requires before approval. I wanted to know has anyone started their list of requirements early with PCP? I currently have Aetna and want to start my 3 month supervised diet, so hopefully I can have everything completed, submitted and approved to have surgery in March. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I met with my PCP today to get my 3 month supervised weight management started.

Detox, water, fruits, Vegetables...maybe even a laxative

That's great.... I've been seeing my PCP for weight loss as well, I'm gonna see if Cigna would take that once it goes into effect.

Does anyone know what the average deductible is for Cigna?

I know right... I was so anxious to find out, before I contacted Cigna and read the brochure

Depending on which plan I choose, Gold is $750 Silver $1500
