My doctor told me that Biotin doesn't keep you from losing hair but will help it grow back in quicker. I lost hair from months 3-6. I'm 8 months out now and it's all growing back in. -

I'm 8 months post op. I've lost 89 pounds. My happy moment happened last week. I power walked for 45 minutes and still had energy when I was done! I love my sleeve! -

I had this problem after surgery and ended up getting very dehydrated. I should have been pushing the warm broth because that was the only thing that I could do. Once I got over that hump, it was smooth sailing Good luck!
