Some Jane Fonda videos are awesome. In my day I used cans of beans as weights and lost a lot of weight right there in my living room! -

Love all your recipies sweet lady! I save them off for when I’m cleared to try. You keep things nice and spicy post surgery. Love it! If it’s of any consolation after my band and sleeve I had back pains and needles too. Weight shifts and body adjusting -

I had surgery 8/22, so almost 4 weeks out. I spent first 2 weeks loosing 9lb IVgain! Then spent 3 more days dealing with a blockage nothing by mouth and More IV fluids. Since surgery I am a total of 12.5lb down and scale has not moved in 4 days, but,.. it’s all good! I’ve been working on my head and I’m in a good place! This stall coincided with me starting more full fluids...full soups with soft veggies. So wondering if the infamous 3 week stall is really just food progression and body adjustments? Anywho, I’m embracing my stall cuz guess what...this is not a diet! My body is waiting for me to get frustrated and stop but there is no stopping, I’m playing for keeps! It is well! 😊💕 -

Do you have a good Keto bar recipe? Also just wondering if bars are ok at 3-4weeks. I mean consistency is like my calcium soft chews!? Dense chewy and no crumbles or buts of any sort -

Are Protein bars ok? I’m 2 days shy of 4 weeks and tired of shakes. I found myself hungry last night and I had a pure protein bar, it went down just fine, the whole thing...2g sugar, 180 cal, 21 protein. Thoughts? -

My back was all kinds of messed up after my Sleeve and RNY. Weight fluctuations relieve pressure points and weight distributions and your nerves may be pinched. -

Aw hon, I feel for you. Goodness! I had trouble with that but not 24/7 and it was horrible. Sounds like you found the culprit. So if you avoid protein are you ok? Or are you still nauseous without the shakes? -

Aw hon, that sucks! Sleep has been horrid for me! It’s like I’m used to sleeping on a full belly! Not empty and anxious. Maybe some melatonin? -
Oh and yes I have melting zophran and I do have time and I have tried using the melts and nada. Does not help my stomach is in a knot and I belch, some productive, some not so much, lots more beltching till I finally throw up and feel much better almost instantly. But what comes up is water and lots of slime. I think this must be the Foamies? Whatever it is though, today... so far, I’ve been spared, the indignity

Oh dear, stock up and stay safe!! -
Thank you so much for checking, I’m actually better!!!. I layed off water. Got a little dehydrated but today things seem to have settled! I gave myself a zero meds and zero vitamins day today! Will need to do process of elimination! Ate my first semi soft this this morning. Soft fried egg in non fat oil! Did only half but maybe it pushed the drainage down? I also slept semi reclined at night so maybe belly drained vrs collected fluids. But baby was acting well! I then had a decaf coffee with protein powder after an hour and that went well. So I got a bowl for lunch and had some lentil soup which also went down well OMG I turned a corner ?? Read Jesus may it be so ! I waited an hour before resuming liquid ice water with Crystal light to maintain hydration. I also seem to get a protein shake down as well. I am still working on it but all in all it is 7:30 PM and I have not thrown up today !!! I know I am not getting my hydration goal but my protein is looking pretty good . So now the mystery hangs over my head. Was I growing up daily because… 1. My morning medicine was not agreeing with me? 2. My vitamins were not agreeing with me? 3. Sleeping in a flood to bed and my evening hydration was somehow backing up in my tubing and sleeping reclined helped drain things out ? 4. Staying on liquid alone was not pushing out the slime from my pouch and somehow introducing more solid food opened me up a little more? staying on liquid alone was not pushing out the slime from my pouch and somehow introducing more solid food opened me up a little more? 5. All or some of the above ? 6. none of the above and other factors came into play to make today a good day . Whatever it is I need to figure it out soon because I will soon be on the road again presenting in front of clients and feeling nauseous and throwing up on them is probably going to come I don’t very heavy cos whatever it is I need to figure it out soon because I will soon be on the road again presenting in front of clients and feeling nauseous and throwing up on them is... well I’m mortified to think of this. In the next few days I will need to tinker with my formula trying to slowly introduce one thing or another to see what was really making me throw up daily and I hope I can zero in on it quickly and be able to figure out how to work with my new stom in the next few days I will need to tinker with my formula trying to slowly introduce one thing or another to see what was really making me throw up daily and I hope I can zero in on it quickly and be able to figure out how to work with my new baby... if any of you have ideas let me know!

Hang in there. No stalks for me yet, but... I did not loose hugely to begin with. About 1/2 pound a day or so. I had 9lb water weight to loose too. So I’ve lost 12.5lb since surgery 3.5 weeks ago. I’m focusing on living though. More important than scale is learning how to find my new happy without food and nourish my body. Struggling with daily vomit of slimy stuff and water. Trying not to get dehydrated etc. I just want to heal and I believe the weight loss will follow. -
Oh dear, is that what you think it is? Freaking out, it’s always something on a Friday night for me
-
Help: Today I had decaf, water and protein water. And yet around 5pm when picking kids from school I sounded up sliming, unable to swallow and AGAIN throwing up water and slime. That in the world?!? Seems to be a daily deal now.
