Wish I had a good answer for ya, but I feel kind of the same way. I'm not a big fan of plain yogurt. Was going to try some flavored Stevia, or sugar free jello mix, or my protein hot cocoa mix. Those have got to make it taste better, right? I wonder what chocolate or strawberry protein powder in it would taste like! Good luck. When is your surgery date? -

I only have to do a liquid diet 2 days prior to surgery and milk of magnesia for 2 days, also. -

@@itstimealready, so glad to hear someone had a similar situation as I did. I'm at the bottom spectrum of BMI and was told to "keep on keeping on" and not do the pre op diet. I might fall below the required BMI if I did the diet. Hcg was the only way I lost weight, too! Your surgery date is 1 day before mine!!! Good luck!! -

@, I've had one appt with a nutritionist and it was about the pre op diet. I have a 6 hr appt with her 2 weeks before surgery which I know will include all the post op stuff. Just feel like this is a little late. -

I kind of feel like my doc isn't sharing any info about post op until my pre op appt. I think that's too late. I mean, should we know what's expected of us WAY before a week prior to surgery?? -

@@beckibut i, too, work in surgery and I'm worried about the dehydration thing, too. I'm half tempted to have friends come over and give me infusions of NaCl after my surgery. How are you keeping up with your fluids while at work? -
