Yes it is more of a head hunger thing and yes I think that I was not getting enough protein and water. I am down 20 lbs so far which I am happy about. I guess I am just learning how to get use to this new way of life.

As of tomorrow I wI'll be beginning my 4th week and I am constantly craving regular food and sweets. I am wondering about all of these restrictions and did I make the right decision. I am going crazy.
